Shipping Cost
Shipping fees adjust dynamically based on the total weight of your order. The final cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please Note: If your order exceeds 20 kg (44 lbs), it will be shipped in multiple packages.
Note: If our online store runs a free shipping promotion, parcels will be shipped using the airmail option with a parcel tracking number.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Please be aware that customs duties and taxes may be incurred in the buyer’s country upon arrival of the parcel. Any additional costs related to customs fees must be paid by the buyer. We cannot predict or provide information on customs duties and taxes for all countries. Additionally, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, acts of God, strikes, or delays caused by customs and border control, especially during the holiday season.
Buyer Responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address for their order. We cannot accept liability for delivery to PO boxes; all associated risks are borne by the buyer if they request delivery to a Post Office box.
Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to the buyer providing an incorrect shipping address, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties related to the parcel, including the cost of returning the parcel to our online store and the cost of reshipping to the correct address if the buyer requests a reshipment. We are not liable for parcels that have not been received, and all fees associated with the return or reshipment of a parcel must be paid by the buyer.
Product Exchanges
For product exchanges, items must first be returned to our online store with a tracking number and wrapped with protective material on the inside, such as bubble wrap or paper shavings, to prevent damage. After the return is received by our store, we will send a replacement product. The cost of shipping the returned item must be paid by the buyer unless otherwise stated. Items must be returned with postage fees and a tracking number within 14 days of receiving the order unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
If a refund is required, it will equal 100% of the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping and any customs duties and fees. We do not cover the cost of return shipping, and all settlements and refunds will be paid through PayPal, unless otherwise stated.
Note: If the buyer used a free shipping promotion and needs to return the product, the return shipping cost must be paid by the buyer unless otherwise specified. For example, if the product needs to be returned due to an error by the online store staff, the shipping cost will be covered by us. Additionally, the site support team may decide to fully or partially compensate the return shipping cost in special force majeure cases.
