Instructions for Use:

1. Before bathing or showering, apply a generous layer of mud to the whole body, avoiding the face.
2. Allow the mud to dry on the skin (but for no longer than 20 minutes).
3. Rinse off thoroughly with water.
4. For best results, complete the treatment with one of our fine Dead Sea lotions or creams.

Optional: You can heat the mud in an open plastic bag in a microwave for 1 minute before use for added comfort.
